  • Tier 1 direct interconnects either via Local Network Operator, Mobile Network Operator, Regional Network Operator or Parent Company termination providers.
  • Supports DTMF (Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling).
  • Daily testing via Ascade and iTest to ensure the route delivers CLI (calling line identity).
  • Transparency of ISUP (ISDN User Part) signaling for roaming (OCN and RDN).
  • 24/7 proactively managed QoS (Quality of Service) parameters such as jitter, route stability, ASR (Answer Seizure ratio), ALOC/ACD (Average length of call) and CCR (Completion Ratio).
