Full or A Level

Great Attestation level.

B or Partial level

This is an OK attestation level.
It means that your voice service provider knows the end-user customer but not the source of the phone number.

Recommendations

  1. Talk with your voice service provider about upgrading the call attestation level to A
  2. Test all your numbers. For help contact us
Gateway or C level

Some of your calls may be flagged as spam and can be stopped at carrier level, you can lose customers and brand recognition.
The service provider has originated the call onto the network but cannot authenticate the call source e.g., international gateway.

  1. Talk with your voice service provider about upgrading the call attestation level
  2. If you cant upgrade, get a new number with A level
